Regret...

How many times you have thought about regret something that you do or say? How many times some one ask you what would you change if you go back in time? Have you think about this? Would you like having the ability to go back in time and fix couple of things that you have done or said?

The other day while I was walking in one of the many trails that I walked in the last weekends I was talking about this with one of the ladies. She is a single mom like me, and as we walk I mentioned to her that if I have the opportunity to go back in time I wont married my ex-husband.  She said yes but thanks to him you have two boys, if you don’t married him you will not have your kids.

I start thinking that is so true.  In our life we make decision that are not the best ones for us at our eyes, but they teach us and help us grow.  I love my kids and for nothing in the world I will replace them. Yes, was not the best marriage, but that marriage gives me two beautiful kids that are my life. We live regretting thing that we do or say; I learn something; I should not regret anything that I do or say unless hurt someone.  I know I have to learn from that experience, and be careful of not commit the same mistake.  I believe that bad experience make us stronger and wiser.

Don’t regret the decision that you made in life, instead learn, and improve your self for the next opportunity that comes.

  Philippians 3:13-15

13Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, 14I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. 15Let those of us who are mature think this way, and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal that also to you.

Big Hug!
