Are You Different?

Driving to my work this morning I was listen the radio.  There were a morning show that were talking about statistics about how women have been in the last years increasing their salaries, they status in the society and how every year more of them are becoming more educated than men.

I believe God made us all equally. He did not say the men must have more power than the women or the women must have more power than men.  In the scriptures is clearly said that God make women, men in His own image.  He did not say black people or Asian people or white people, He clearly make us all in a perfect a way that we all have our place and mission in this world.

Sadly mankind is the only one that have divide “us” in group and we are the ones that created the stereotypes like women are the fragile sex, men are the ones that can study and most have better pay rate at work, black people can not do this, Latin people do not enter here, Asian people have to live in this place, and so and so.

We need to break that barrier that divided us as sons and daughter of God, He loves us no matter color, race, religion, social status, culture, and all the other stereotypes that we put on people.  All what God want for us is that we love Him with all our hearts, soul and spirit and to each other.  I really don’t think that is too much to ask compared with all the blessings that He give us everyday.

Let start trying to not see other people as different than me and lest focus on what God ask us.

Genesis 1:27

 27 So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.

Matthew 22:37-40

37And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38This is the great and first commandment. 39And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.
